As a user ("User" or "You") of the Platform, You understand that Platform provides access between multiple Users, with a view to facilitate lending and borrowing activities whereby a User can borrow money (“Borrower”) from lending partners/financial service providers listed on the Platform (“Lender”), including facilitating the transactions in relation to other financial products/services between the Users.

It is hereby clarified that the term "Users" shall mean any person using the Platform i.e. consumers, financial institutions, regulated entities, and any other person offering or consuming any product/service through the Platform. Use of and access to the Platform is offered to You upon the condition of acceptance of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, along with any amendments made by the Company at its sole discretion and posted on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions read together with our Privacy Policy govern Your usage of the Platform and the terms for the purchase of the different products and services through the Platform (“Product”).

Registration

a.You shall be permitted to access the Services (as defined below) only upon creating an account on the Platform and obtaining a registration on the Platform.

b.Your ability to continue using the Services is subject to your continued registration on the Platform.

Services

The Platform provides the following Services:

i.It allows Borrowers and Lenders registered on the Platform to access each other;

ii.To manage relationship between Borrowers and Lenders.

iii.To facilitate the processing of your requests for the Products You wish to avail.

iv.It enables the Lenders to effectively communicate their Product offerings to the Borrowers registered on the Platform;

v.It facilitates the process of availing a loan for a Borrower from the different Lenders listed on the Platform;

vi.Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) for the Lenders

vii.Responses to the queries raised by You in relation to the Services

viii.It facilitates the improvement in the quality of services provided on the Platform.

The Platform provides access to an online platform bringing together consumers, financial institutions, data partners and other partners willing to abide by the Terms & Conditions herein.

You hereby agree and acknowledge that the Company is merely a technology platform which acts as a facilitator of the provision of Services being providing through the Platform and is not a party to any of the transactions that are facilitated through the Platform.

The Company is not an organization registered with the Reserve Bank of India and does not hold any license to engage in any activities relating to lending or borrowing or engage in providing activity which may be construed as a financial service under applicable laws.

The Company is not a financial institution under any applicable laws. The Company is also not a deposit taking company or a chit fund or a company offering any investment schemes as per the rules and regulations for the time being in force in India.

In the event a Borrower has registered his/her phone number on the ‘Do Not Disturb’ registers with the concerned network provider, the Borrower shall ensure to take all steps to enable the Company’s/ Lender’s representative’s to contact him/her via phone to provide details about different Products .

Eligibility

The Services are not available to minors under the age of 18 years or to any Users who are suspended or removed by the Company from the Platform for any reason whatsoever. If You do not conform to the above qualifications, You shall not be permitted to avail the Services or use or register on the Platform. You hereby declare that you are eligible to form a binding contract under the Indian law. The user is allowed to utilize the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions detailed hereinafter. By registering on the Platform, the User hereby undertakes to agree and abide by the Terms & Conditions detailed herein.

Further, You shall not have more than one active account (as defined hereinafter) on the Platform. Additionally, you are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring Your Account to another party.

Your Account

If you wish to avail the Services, You are required register on the Platform and open an account on the Platform. If you are using the Platform on a compatible mobile or tablet, You will have to install the application and then proceed with registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your account, password, activities that occur in or through Your account and for restricting access to Your computer to prevent unauthorized access to Your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under Your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if You have any reason to believe that Your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorized manner. Please ensure that the details You provide Us with are true, correct, accurate and complete. Upon the Company gaining knowledge or having any reasonable suspicion that the information provided by You is wrong, inaccurate or incorrect, the Company shall immediately terminate Your account without any notice to You in this regard. In the event of any changes to the information shared by You at the time of registering Yourself on the Platform, You shall be responsible for forthwith notifying the said changes to Us.

You can access and update most of the information You provided us on the ‘dashboard’ area of Your account after You log-in or by writing to Us atsupport@cashtm.inThe right to use this Platform is personal to the User and is not transferable to any other person or entity.

Privacy

Company collects certain information from You in order to provide the Services. Company’s use of Your personal information is governed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Representations and Warranties

You agree to use the Services, and the Platform are only: (a) for purposes that are permitted by the Terms and Conditions; and (b) in accordance with any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines.

You represent and warrant that You have not received any notice from any third party or any governmental authority and no litigation is pending against You in any court of law which may have an adverse effect on Your use of the Platform.

You shall solely be responsible for Your employees, subcontractors and representatives and all claims made in relation to or by Your employees, subcontractors and representatives, and the Company shall not be responsible for them in any manner whatsoever.

You represent and warrant that all governmental authorisations, consents, licenses, registration, approvals and other consents required under applicable laws in relation to the provision/procurement of Services by You or for conducting Your business (if applicable) have been obtained and shall remain in force for as long as You are using the Platform and Services.

You agree to not engage in activities that may adversely affect the use of the Platform by other Users.

You agree not to access (or attempt to access) the Platform and the materials or the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by the Company. You shall not use any deep-link, robot, spider or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Platform or content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Platform, materials or any content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not specifically made available through the Platform.

You acknowledge and agree that by accessing or using the Platform or Services, You may be exposed to content from other Users that You may consider offensive, indecent or otherwise objectionable. The Company disclaims all liabilities arising in relation to such offensive content on the Platform.

If the Platform allows You to post and upload any material on the Platform, You hereby undertake to ensure that such material is not offensive and is in accordance with applicable laws. All material added, created, uploaded, submitted, distributed, or posted to the Platform by You is Your sole responsibility. You hereby do and shall grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, disclose, distribute, translate and otherwise fully exploit any such material, in connection with the Platform and the Company’s (and the Company’s successors’ and assigns’) businesses, including without limitation, for promoting the Platform in any media formats and through any media channels. You represent and warrant that You have all rights to grant such licenses to the Company without infringement or violation of any third party rights, including without limitation, any privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights.

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms & Conditions, You shall not use the Platform:

i.for any unlawful purpose;

ii.To defame, abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others;

iii.Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent Your affiliation with a person or entity;

iv.to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;

v.Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any information that is harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, libelous, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, inappropriate, profane, infringing or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever; or that threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation

vi.o infringe upon or violate Our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;

vii.to insult, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;

viii.to submit false or misleading information;

ix.to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet;

x.to collect or track the personal information of others in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in this Section;

xi.to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;

xii.to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Platform, any other systems or networks connected to the Platform, to any Company server, or to any of the Services offered on or through the Platform, by hacking, password mining or any other illegitimate means.

xiii.Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts access to the Platform or the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Platform);

xiv.Not reverse look-up, trace or seek to trace any information on any other user of or visitor to, the Platform, to its source, or exploit the Platform or Services or information made available or offered by or through the Platform, in any way whether or not the purpose is to reveal any information, including but not limited to personal identification information, other than Your own information, as provided on the Platform;

xv.Use any device or software to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Platform or any transaction being conducted on the Platform, or with any other person’s use of the Platform;

xvi.Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded

xvii.Misuse the personal information of the registered customers or use their personal information or disclose such personal information for any purpose other than to fulfil Your obligations under these Terms and Conditions;

xviii.Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines, which may be applicable for or to any particular Platform Service;

xix.Violate any applicable laws or regulations for the time being in force within or outside India;

xx.Violate the Terms and Conditions contained herein or elsewhere; and We reserve the right to terminate Your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.

Access

The Company grants You a non-exclusive, limited privilege to access and use the Platform and the Services, but not to download any material from it (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it. This right granted herein is non-transferable and does not permit any resale or commercial use of this Platform or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of anyone other than Your use; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. The Platform or any portion of the Platform (including but not limited to any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information) may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, distributed or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of the Company and / or its affiliates, as may be applicable. Any unauthorized use of the Platform shall terminate Your use of the Platform. You are permitted to use content delivered to You through the Service only for the Service. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content. Further, You agree not to reverse engineer or reverse compile any of the Service technology, including but not limited to, any Java applets associated with the Service.

Any software that is available on the Platform is the property of the Company. You may not use, download or install any software available on the Platform, unless otherwise expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions or by the express written permission of the Company.

The trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on the Platform (“Marks”) are the property of Company or other respective third parties, as the case may be. You are not permitted to use the Marks without the prior consent of the Company, or the third party that may own the Marks.

You shall solely be responsible for maintaining the necessary computer equipment and internet connections that may be required to access, use and transact on the Platform.

Monitoring Of The Platform And Your Account

The Company has the right and liberty to monitor the content of the Platform at all times which shall include information provided in Your account. The monitoring of the Platform is important to determine the veracity of the information provided by You and that every User remains in consonance with the Terms & Conditions provided herein. Subject to the Terms & Conditions mentioned herein, the Company shall also have the liberty to remove any objectionable content which is in contravention of the Terms & Conditions herein or share such information with any governmental authority as per procedures laid down by the law for the time being in force in India.

Advertisers/ Third Party Links On The Platform

The Company accepts no responsibility for advertisements contained within the Platform. The Company has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content of any website or mobile application to which a link from the Platform exists. Such linked websites and mobile applications are provided “as is” for User’s convenience only with no warranty, express or implied, for the information provided within them. The Company does not provide any endorsement or recommendation of any third party website or mobile application to which the Platform provides a link. The Company shall not be liable for any loss suffered by You based on Your reliance on or use of any third party platforms. Further, the Users consent and agree that the content provided in the Website and the App shall be synced and shall be available in both mediums.

User Comments, Feedback And Other Submissions

If, at Company’s request, You send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from Us, You send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), You agree that We may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that You forward to Us. We are and shall be under no obligation (a) to maintain any comments in confidence; (b) to pay compensation for any comments; or (c) to respond to any comments.

You agree that Your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that Your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Platform or Services. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than Yourself, or otherwise mislead Us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments You make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by You or any third-party.

You are licensing to the Company and its service providers, any information, data, passwords, materials or other content (collectively, “Content”) You provide through or to the Service. Company and service provider of Company may use, modify, display, distribute and create new material using such Content to provide the Service to You. Company and Service Provider may also use, sell, license, reproduce, distribute and disclose aggregate, non-personally identifiable information that is derived through Your use of the Service. By submitting Content, You automatically agree, or promise that the owner of such Content has expressly agreed that, without any particular time limit, and without the payment of any fees, Company and its third party service provider may use the Content for the purposes set out above. As between Company and third party service provider, Company owns Your confidential account information.

Violation of the Terms and Conditions

You agree that the Company may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate Your access to the Platform for cause, delist You and block Your future access to the Platform if the Company determines that You have violated these Terms and Conditions. You also agree that any violation by You of these Terms and Conditions will constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice, and will cause irreparable harm to the Company, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and You consent to the Company obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that the Company deems necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies that the Company may have at law or in equity.

If the Company does take any legal action against You as a result of Your violation of these Terms and Conditions, the Company will be entitled to recover from You, and You agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to the Company.

Termination And Service Suspension

The Terms and Conditions will continue to apply until terminated by either You or the Company as set forth below. If You want to terminate Your agreement with the Company, You may do so by (i) notifying the Company to close Your Account on the Platform; and (ii) not accessing the Platform. Such termination shall take effect 30 (thirty) days after receipt of such notice by the Company.

The Company may, at any time, with or without notice, terminate the Terms and Conditions with You if:

i.You breach any of the provisions of the Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy or any other terms, conditions, or policies that may be applicable to You from time to time (or have acted in a manner that clearly shows that You do not intend to, or are unable to, comply with the same);

ii.The Company is required to do so by law (for example, where the provision of the Services to You is, or becomes, unlawful or upon receiving request for termination by law enforcement or other government agencies);

iii.The provision of the Services to You by the Company is, in the opinion of the Company, no longer commercially viable or in any way detrimental to the Company, its business or the Platform;

iv.You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete;

v.The Company has elected to discontinue, with or without reason, access to the Platform, Services or any part thereof.

The termination of Your Account shall not relieve You of any liability that You may have incurred or may incur in relation to use of the Platform or the Services prior to such termination.

The Company shall not be liable to You or any third party for any termination of Your Account, or Your access to the Platform and Services.

If You or the Company terminate Your use of the Platform, the Company may delete any content or other materials relating to Your use of the Platform and Services and the Company will have no liability to You or any third party for doing so.

Unless the Company informs the User otherwise, upon any termination, (i) the rights and licenses granted to You in these terms will end; and (ii) User must stop using the Platform forthwith.

Limitation Of Liability And Disclaimer Of Warranties

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, neither the Company nor its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees or any related party shall have any liability to You or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or relating to these Terms & Conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, You waive, release, discharge and hold harmless the Company, its affiliated and subsidiary companies, and each of their directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses and causes of action arising out of Your use of the Platform.

The Company in any event shall not responsible or liable for any default in return of money that is borrowed by the Borrower from the Lender and the Lender shall have the exclusive right to initiate proceedings against the defaulter Borrower. The Company shall to the best of its abilities aid the concerned User in terms of provision of information to initiate any legal proceedings. However, Company shall not be responsible for any default on behalf of the User. The Company is an information platform and is not a party to any transaction that takes place on the Platform.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE AND ALL INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND OTHER CONTENT (INCLUDING THAT OF THIRD PARTIES) INCLUDED IN OR ACCESSIBLE FROM THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND AS TO THE SERVICE AND ALL INFORMATION, PRODUCTS AND OTHER CONTENT (INCLUDING THAT OF THIRD PARTIES) INCLUDED IN OR ACCESSIBLE FROM THE SERVICE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. COMPANY MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT: (i) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS (IN CASE OF BORROWERS), OR (V) ANY ERRORS IN THE TECHNOLOGY WILL BE CORRECTED AND YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM COMPANY OR SERVICE PROVIDER THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS.

YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT NEITHER COMPANY OR THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER NOR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES, OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY HARMS, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF COMPANY OR SERVICE PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE / PLATFORM; ((ii) ANY PRODUCTS, DATA, INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO, THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (Iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANYONE ON THE SERVICE; EVEN IF THE PROVIDER HAS BEEN ADVISED PREVIOUSLY OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; OR (vii) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF THE COMPANYSHALL BE LIMITED TO EQUIVALENT AMOUNT OF SERVICE FEE (IF ANY).

THE COMPANY WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY RELATED TO ANY USER CONTENT ARISING UNDER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, LIBEL, PRIVACY, PUBLICITY, OBSCENITY OR OTHER LAWS.

THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS THAT YOU MAY INCUR AS A CONSEQUENCE OF UNAUTHORIZED USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR ACCOUNT INFORMATION IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM OR ANY SERVICES, EITHER WITH OR WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, save, and hold the Company, its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents and its third party associates, licensors, and partners harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, and liabilities, costs and expenses, including without limitation legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to Your use or misuse of the Services or of the Platform, any violation by You of these Terms & Conditions, or any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by You herein or Your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity, or as a result of any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive material posted/ transmitted by You on the Platform. The Company reserves the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify the Company, including rights to settle, and You agree to cooperate with the Company’ defense and settlement of these claims. Company will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any claim, action, or proceeding brought by a third party that is subject to the foregoing indemnification upon becoming aware of it. This paragraph shall survive termination of this Terms & Conditions.

The limitations and exclusions in this Section apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws.

Miscellaneous Terms

Notice: All notices from the Company will be served by email to Your registered email address or by general notification on the Platform. Any notice provided to the Company pursuant to the Terms and Conditions should be sent to [Apartment No.303 Ourania, Sector 53, Golf Course Rd, GURUGRAM Gurgaon, Haryana] with subject line - Attention: TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Assignment: You cannot assign or otherwise transfer the Terms and Conditions, or any rights granted hereunder to any third party. Company’s rights under the Terms and Conditions are freely transferable by the Company to any third party without the requirement of informing You or seeking Your consent.

Severability: If, for any reason, a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Terms and Conditions, or any portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give effect to the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Any failure by the Company to enforce or exercise any provision of the Terms and Conditions, or any related right, shall not constitute a waiver by the Company of that provision or right.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts, tribunals, fora, applicable authorities at Gurgaon.

In the event You come across any abuse or violation of these Terms and Conditions or if You become aware of any objectionable content on the Platform, please report the same to the following e-mail id:support@cashtm.in.

Amendment To The Terms And Conditions

The Company reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason without any requirement to notify You of the same. In case, any changes are made in the Terms and Conditions, We shall update the same on the Platform. Once posted, those changes are effective immediately, unless stated otherwise. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on Our Terms and Conditions. You can determine when this Terms and Conditions was last modified by referring to the “Last Updated” legend above. Your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions shall signify Your consent to such changes and agreement to be legally bound by the same.

Acknowledgements

You acknowledge that the Company owns and operates the Platform bringing Users together and that the Company is not engaged in providing any financial services to any User. You acknowledge that the use of the Services is entirely based on the negotiations between the Users and neither the Company nor its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents and their third party associates, licensors and partners have any interest with regard to any Services being provided on the Platform. You acknowledge that the Company will not be responsible for any claim or damage in relation to the Services. Company in no manner warrants or guarantees the performance of the Services. You acknowledge that the Company in no manner guarantees that the Users have provided all the information on this Platform which is true and correct.

IP Infringement

If You believe the Platform violates Your intellectual property, You must promptly notify the Company in writing at support@cashtm.in. These notifications should only be submitted by the owner of the intellectual property or an agent duly authorized to act on his/her behalf. However, any false claim by You may result in the termination of Your access to the Platform. You are required to provide the following details in Your notice:

i.the intellectual property that You believe is being infringed;

ii.the item that You think is infringing and include sufficient information about where the material is located on the Platform;

iii.a statement that You believe in good faith that the item You have identified as infringing is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law to be used in connection with the Platform;

iv.Your contact details, such as Your address, telephone number, and/or email;

v.a statement that the information You provided in Your notice is accurate, and that You are the intellectual property owner or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner whose intellectual property is being infringed;

vi.Your physical or electronic signature.
